AC Returns & Refunds Policy

At AC, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you’re not happy with your order, we’re here to help.

Returns

  • Returns are accepted within 14 days of delivery.
  • Items must be unworn, unwashed, unused, and in their original condition with all tags attached.
  • Items returned with signs of wear, damage, stains, odors, or missing tags may not be accepted.

Exchanges

  • Need a different size? We offer size exchanges subject to availability.
  • Exchange requests must be made within 14 days of receiving your order.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned or exchanged:

  • Sale or discounted items
  • Gift cards

Refunds

  • Once your return is received and inspected, you will be notified of the approval or rejection of your refund.
  • Approved refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.
  • Original shipping fees are non-refundable.

Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with your order number and photos of the issue.
